Conny Glenn started Work Wellness Ergonomic Specialists Inc in 1996. Conny earned her B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and she has 15 years experience in workplace rehabilitation and ergonomics.
Conny has worked on ergonomics and return-to-work issues for insurers and private sector businesses. She also has an admirable track record as an educator to kinesiologists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, insurers, health and safety professionals, and business people.
She remains actively involved in promoting kinesiology and ergonomics to anyone who will listen. In addition she speaks frequently in the community and at professional conferences.
Due to Conny’s active involvement she has established herself as a rehabilitation and ergonomics expert. She is continually called upon by insurers, companies, and as a court appointed expert to provide economically feasible solutions and advice to ergonomic issues, and return to work problems.
Conny's leadership experience also includes being the President and first Executive Director for the Ontario Kinesiology Association. The profession of Kinesiology would not have achieved regulated status under the Regulated Health Professionals Act (RHPA) were it not for the determination and diligent efforts of Ms. Glenn. Conny also currently sits as Chair for the Non-Profit organization Turning Point Youth Services, which is a a Toronto-based, accredited children's mental health centre that provides a wide range of programs and services to youth aged 12 - 24 and their families.

Craig Hogben is a Certified Kinesiologist, who earned his Bachelors of Kinesiology from McMaster University. Craig has several years of experience performing home, worksite, and functional assessments for insurers, employers, lawyers, and physicians. As a published researcher, Craig understands what it takes to get objective, measureable data. Through his education and experience, he is also a court appointed expert witness in the realm of functional assessments.
Craig joined Work Wellness in 2004 and takes care of the day-to-day operations and client relationship management.
Administrative Coordinator
Alicia Comeau joined Work Wellness in 2006.
Alicia joins Work Wellness after years of experience in the insurance field through State Farm working as an Administrator. She has experience dealing with adjusters for claims, selling insurance, and working directly with clients on their claims. Alicia was working towards becoming an insurance agent before joining Work Wellness.
