Module 1:

Learn about the spectrum of worksite assessments. We will demystify the labels and terminology of worksites. What is a physical demands analysis versus an ergonomic assessment? What are the elements that can be included in an assessment, and how do you determine what you to include in your assessments?

Module 2:

Gain an overview of a worksite assessment from start to finish, covering the basic steps involved

and tools required. We will present options based on the type of assessment that you may want or need to perform. We will discuss interviewing and give you tips for collecting, the information you need. In this module we will also review legal obligations that you should be aware of when performing assessments.

Module 3:

Learn about standards of measurement and evaluation. A full discussion is given on risk factors and their identification. We will take you through evaluating a data-set to determine risks and educate you on the different equations and formulas available for assessing forceful exertions. We will also cover evaluation of environmental factors.

Module 4: 

This module will focus on solutions. Although not exhaustive we will discuss recommendations and problem solving techniques to help you with your work. We will discuss engineering and administrative controls for risk factors, as well as how to get the by in for your solutions. A sample return on investment calculation will be provided for your use.
